This Privacy Policy describes how DLV Digital S.A. (hereinafter — the "Company", "we") processes personal data of users of the CleanData service (document.dlv.do).
1. Data Controller
The data controller is DLV Digital S.A., a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Panama. Address: Avenida Samuel Lewis, Edificio Torre Global Bank, Piso 19, Oficina 1902, Panamá, República de Panamá. Email: DLV_support@proton.me.
2. Data We Collect
We collect: (a) data you provide when uploading files (CSV, Excel); (b) technical information — IP address, browser type, language, request timestamps; (c) service usage data — selected cleaning features, file sizes. We do NOT store the contents of your files for more than 1 hour after processing.
3. Purpose of Data Processing
We process data to: (a) provide data cleaning and normalization services; (b) improve service quality; (c) ensure security and prevent abuse; (d) comply with legal obligations.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Uploaded files are automatically deleted 1 hour after processing. AI normalization results are cached in anonymized form (unique values only, not linked to files). Technical information is retained for no more than 90 days.
5. Third-Party Data Sharing
We may share anonymized data with AI service providers (Anthropic) for data normalization — only if you select AI features. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Cookies
We use technical cookies to ensure service functionality (language selection, session). We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS), access restrictions, automatic file deletion, and other technical measures to protect your data.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to: (a) request information about your data processing; (b) request data deletion; (c) withdraw consent for processing. To exercise your rights, contact DLV_support@proton.me.
9. Policy Changes
We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page. The last update date is indicated at the top of the document.
