DLV Digital S.A. is committed to ensuring the accessibility of the CleanData service for the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities, in accordance with the European Accessibility Act (EAA).
1. Conformance Standard
We aim to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines). This means we work to ensure our content is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
2. Current Status
The service is under active development. We regularly conduct accessibility audits and address identified issues. Key supported features: keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, sufficient color contrast, text scaling.
3. Known Limitations
We are aware of the following limitations: (a) drag-and-drop file upload — a file picker button alternative is available; (b) complex data tables — we are improving table navigation; (c) some animations — can be disabled via the prefers-reduced-motion browser setting.
4. Technologies
The service is built using: HTML5, CSS3, ARIA attributes, semantic markup. Supported browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge (last 2 versions). Supported assistive technologies: NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack.

If you encounter an accessibility issue or wish to suggest an improvement, email us at accessibility@dlv.do. We will review your report within 10 business days and communicate planned actions.
6. Enforcement
If you believe our service does not meet accessibility requirements and our response to your report is insufficient, you may contact the relevant supervisory authority in your country.
